# Housing and Planning Act 2016, Section 136: Enfranchisement and extension of long leaseholds: calculations


Schedule 10 changes the method of calculating certain amounts under—
(a) the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, and
(b) the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
