  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“high income” has the meaning given by regulations under section 81;\n“local housing authority” has the meaning given by section 1 of the Housing Act 1985;\n“rent” includes payments under a licence to occupy;\n“rent regulations” has the meaning given by section 80;\n“social housing” has the same meaning as in Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (see sections 68 and 72 of that Act);\n“tenancy” includes a licence to occupy;\n“tenant” includes a person who has a licence to occupy.",
