  "long_title": "This Order amends the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972 to substitute, for the reference to the Commission for the New Towns (“CNT”), a reference to the Homes and Communities Agency (“HCA”). This amendment is consequential on the coming into force of the provisions of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 relating to the abolition of the CNT and the establishment of the HCA, and is in addition to consequential amendments in that Act and in the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Consequential Provisions) (No 2) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2831).",
