  "text": "(1) Section 185 (persons from abroad not eligible for certain housing assistance) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4) for “another person” substitute “ a person falling within subsection (5) ”.\n(3) After subsection (4) insert—\n“(5) A person falls within this subsection if the person—\n(a) falls within a class prescribed by regulations made under subsection (2); but\n(b) is not a national of an EEA State or Switzerland.”",
