  "text": "(1) The provisions of Part 1 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (c. 56) (other than section 31) apply, so far as applicable, to the acquisition by the HCA or a strategic authority outside London of land by agreement.\n(2) In that Part as so applied “land” has the same meaning as in this Part of this Act.",
