# Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Paragraph 9


(1) Part 1 of the Act of 1965 applies to the compulsory acquisition of new rights under section 9 with the modifications specified in paragraphs 10 to 15.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 8.
