# Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Paragraph 40


In section 58(1) (exempt landlords and resident landlords)—
(a) in paragraph (b) omit “the Commission for the New Towns or”, and
(b) after paragraph (de) insert—
“(df) the Homes and Communities Agency;”.
