  "text": "(1) Section 8A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the Urban Regeneration Agency) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading for “Urban Regeneration” substitute “ Homes and Communities ”.\n(3) In subsection (1)—\n(a) for “section 170 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993” substitute “ section 13 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 ”,\n(b) for “subsection (1) of section 171” substitute “ section 14(2) ”, and\n(c) for “Urban Regeneration” substitute “ Homes and Communities ”.\n(4) Omit subsection (2).",
