# Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Paragraph 79


In section 71(4) (certain acquisitions by registered social landlord exempt from charge to stamp duty land tax) after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca) under section 19 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (financial assistance by the Homes and Communities Agency),”.
