  "text": "(1) Schedule 9 (stamp duty land tax: right to buy, shared ownership leases etc.) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1(3)—\n(a) after “and development corporations” insert “ etc. ”, and\n(b) for “Commission for the New Towns” substitute “ Homes and Communities Agency ”.\n(3) In paragraph 5(2) for paragraph (e) substitute—\n“(e) the Homes and Communities Agency;”.",
