  "heading": "Charity: auditor's powers",
  "text": "(1) This section applies to a person who is appointed by a charity for the purposes of section 136(2) or (3) or 139(2).\n(2) The charity must grant the person access to its documents, if or in so far as they relate to its housing activities.\n(3) An officer of the charity must provide such information or explanations as the person thinks necessary.",
