  "text": "(1) Section 35A of the Building Act 1984 (c. 55) (time limit for prosecution for contravention of certain building regulations) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading omit “certain”.\n(3) In subsection (1) for “a relevant offence” substitute “ an offence under section 35 above ”.\n(4) Omit subsections (2), (3) and (6).\n(5) Subsections (1) to (4) above do not apply to offences committed before the coming into force of this section.",
