# Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Section 39: Advice, education and training


(1) The HCA may provide—
(a) advice, education or training, or
(b) other advisory, education or training services.
(2) The HCA may facilitate the provision of—
(a) advice, education or training, or
(b) other advisory, education or training services.
