# Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Section 96: Evidence

In considering whether to exercise a power under this Part the regulator may have regard to information or opinions from any source including, in particular, from—
(a) tenants,
(b) bodies representing tenants,
(c) local housing authorities, or
(d) the Commission for Local Administration in England or a housing ombudsman.
