  "text": "The loans referred to in paragraph 1(b) are—\n(a) loans under—\nsection 119 of the Housing Act 1957,\nsection 152 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1966,\nsection 58 of this Act, or\nsection 59 of this Act\n(powers of certain local authorities to promote and assist housing associations);\n(b) loans to housing associations under—\nsection 47 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act 1958,\nsection 78 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1950,\nsection 24 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968,\nsection 67 of this Act, or\nsection 68 of this Act\n(loans by Public Works Loan Commissioners to certain bodies);\n(c) advances made under—\nsection 7 of the Housing Act 1961,\nsection 11 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1962, or\nsection 23 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968\n(advances to housing associations providing housing accommodation for letting);\n(d) loans under—\nsection 2 of the Housing Act 1964\n(loans by Housing Corporation to housing associations).",
