  "text": "This Schedule applies where—\n(a) the Housing Corporation made a loan to a housing association under section 2 of the Housing Act 1964 before the repeal of that section by the Housing (Consequential Provisions) Act 1985,\n(b) the Housing Corporation’s rights and obligations in respect of the loan have been transferred to the Regulator of Social Housing, and\n(c) the loan has not been repaid.",
