  "text": "In this Part—\n“building society” means a building society within the meaning of the Building Societies Act 1986;\n“financial year” means the period of 12 months ending with the 31st March;\n“highway”, in relation to Scotland, includes a public right of way;\n“subsidiary” has the meaning given by section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 .",
