# The Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006


In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 omit the definition of “young individual”.
