# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st October 1990.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987.
