# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1990, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 35 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 35(3)(a) of the principal Regulations (notional income) for the words “or eligible rent” there shall be substituted the words “eligible rent, community charge or water charges”.
