# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1990, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 63 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 63(7) of the principal Regulations (non-dependant deductions not to be made) after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be added the words—
“or
(d) he is a full time student and during a recognised summer vacation appropriate to his course he is not in remunerative work.”.
