Regulation 8 Amendment of Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations

In paragraph 12 of Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations (excluded tenancies)^f1 in sub-paragraphs (a)(ii) and (b)(ii) of the definition of “the relevant provisions” after the word “falling” in each sub-paragraph there shall be inserted the words “on or”.
