# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment No. 3 Regulations 1989, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 51 of the General Regulations


In regulation 51(1) of the General Regulations (eligible rent) for the sums“£18.50” and“£14.00” there shall be substituted the sums“£20.65” and“£14.80” respectively.
