Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 2 of the Housing Benefit Regulations

In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the Housing Benefit Regulations (interpretation) there shall be inserted in the appropriate place the following definition—

  • ““supported accommodation” has the meaning given in paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 (ineligible service charges);”.
