# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1999, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 10 of the Housing Benefit Regulations


In paragraph (7) of regulation 10 of the Housing Benefit Regulations (rent) for the words “Schedule 1” there shall be substituted the words “Schedules 1 (ineligible service charges) and 1B (service charges for claimants in supported accommodation)”.
