Regulation 7 Amendment of regulation 68 of the Housing Benefit Regulations

in paragraph (1) for the words “to (7)” there shall be substituted the words “to (8)”; and

at the end there shall be added the following paragraph—

“(8)

Where the change of circumstances is the receipt of a community care assessment by a claimant in supported accommodation, that change of circumstances shall take effect on the date on which the appropriate authority is required to treat the community care assessment as made under these Regulations.”.
