Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 2nd January 1996, immediately after the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1995^f1 come into force.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations”means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987^f2 and a reference in a regulation to a numbered paragraph is to the paragraph of the regulation in those Regulations bearing that number.
