# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1988, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.
(2) In these Regulations “the General Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987.
