# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1988, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 43 of the General Regulations


In regulation 43(3) of the General Regulations (notional capital) after the words “Any payment of capital” there shall be inserted the words “, other than a payment of capital made under the Macfarlane Trust,”.
