Regulation 9 Amendment of Schedule 4 to the General Regulations

In Schedule 4 to the General Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) —

(a)

in paragraph 13 after the word “children” there shall be inserted the words “or a payment to which paragraph 34 applies”;

(b)

after paragraph 33 there shall be added the following paragraph —

“34

Any payment made under the Macfarlane Trust.”.
