# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 18: Amendments relating to the abolition of domestic rates


(1) There shall be omitted from the General Regulations the provisions and words specified in column (1) of Part I of Schedule 2 hereto.
(2) For the provisions, words and references in the General Regulations which are specified in column (1) of Part II of Schedule 2 hereto there shall be substituted the provisions, words and references specified opposite in column (3) of that Part.
