# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 3 of the General Regulations


In regulation 3(2)(d) of the General Regulations (definition of non-dependent) at the end there shall be added the words “and is either a co-owner of that dwelling with the claimant or his partner (whether or not there are other co-owners) or is liable with the claimant or his partner to make payments in respect of his occupation of the dwelling.”.
