Regulation 9 Amendment of regulation 56 of the General Regulations

In regulation 56 of the General Regulations (disregard of certain student’s income other than covenant and grant income)–

(a)

for the words “only if, and to the extent that,” there shall be substituted the words “to the extent that”;

(b)

for the amount “£5” there shall be substituted the amount “£10”.
