  "text": "(1) These Regulationss may be cited as the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1991 and shall come into force as follows—\n(a) for the purposes of regulations 1, 5, 7 and 8 on 13th March 1991;\n(b) for all other purposes on 1st April 1991.\n(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987.",
