Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 57A of the principal Regulations

In regulation 57A(1) of the principal Regulations (treatment of student loans)f1 after the words “Education (Students Loans) Act 1990” there shall be inserted the words “or Article 3 of the Education (Student Loans) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990”.
