  "text": "(1) In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the 1987 Regulations (amount of ineligible charges)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1A) for the words “any service charge to which regulation 10(1)(e) (rent) applies and” there shall be substituted the words “any ineligible service charge”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (1A) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(1B) In sub-paragraph (1A) the expression “ineligible service charge” includes any service charge which does not qualify as a periodical payment under regulation 10(1)(e) (rent).”.",
