# The Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1995, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations


In regulation 8(1) of the Principal Regulations (eligible housing costs) for the words “regulation 10(3) (rent)” there shall be substituted the words “regulations 10(3), (6A) and (6B) (rent) and 11 (maximum rent)”.
