Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 10 of the principal Regulations

In paragraph (6AB) of regulation 10 of the principal Regulations (rent)f1 there shall be inserted, at the beginning, the words “Except in a case where a maximum rent has been determined in accordance with regulation 11(3A) (limit on maximum rent in the case of a single room rent determination),”.
