Regulation 9 Amendment of Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations
In paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations (excluded tenancies)f1 there shall be added at the end—
“(f)the claimant is a young individual, except in a case where the determination mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) was, or was made in conjunction with, a determination of a single room rent pursuant to paragraph 4A of Schedule 1 to the Rent Officers Orderf2.”.
