Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 51 of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987

In regulation 51(2)(a) of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987f1 (eligible rent of students), after the words “income support” there shall be inserted the words “or an income-based jobseeker’s allowance”.
