Regulation 5 Amendment of regulation 13 of the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No.3) Regulations 1999

In regulation 13 of the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No.3) Regulations 1999^f1 (cessation in operation of these Regulations)—

(a)

for “These Regulations” there shall be substituted “Regulations 1 to 12 of these Regulations”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), for “6th April 2003” there shall be substituted “7th April 2003”; and

(c)

in paragraph (b), for “31st March 2003” there shall be substituted “1st April 2003”.
