# The Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2: Amendment of article 4 of The Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996


In article 4 of the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996 (increase above maximum rent) in paragraph (1) for “100.9%” there shall be substituted “101.08%”.
