Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 31st March 1998.

In this Order “the Permitted Totals Order” means the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996f1.
