Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

In this Order “the Permitted Totals Order 1996” means the Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996f1.
