# The Housing Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 2: Amendment of article 3 of the Permitted Totals Order 1996


In article 3 of the Permitted Totals Order 1996 (increase in housing benefit) for “100.1%” there shall be substituted “100.025%”.
