# The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Regulation 122: Modifications in respect of former pathfinder authorities


(1) In this regulation and in Schedule 10, “former pathfinder authority” means a relevant authority specified in Part 1 of that Schedule.
(2) The provisions of Part 2 of Schedule 10 apply in relation to the area of a former pathfinder authority.
