  "text": "The condition is that—\n(a) where the claimant is a single claimant or a lone parent, has not attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the additional condition specified in paragraph 13 is satisfied; or\n(b) where the claimant has a partner, either—\n(i) the claimant has not attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the additional condition specified in paragraph 13(1)(a) or (b) is satisfied by him; or\n(ii) his partner has not attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the additional condition specified in paragraph 13(1)(a) is satisfied by his partner.",
