# The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Paragraph 12: Disability Premium

Extent: E+W+S

The condition is that—
(a) where the claimant is a single claimant or a lone parent, has not attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the additional condition specified in paragraph 13 is satisfied; or
(b) where the claimant has a partner, either—
(i) the claimant has not attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the additional condition specified in paragraph 13(1)(a) or (b) is satisfied by him; or
(ii) his partner has not attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the additional condition specified in paragraph 13(1)(a) is satisfied by his partner.
