# The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Paragraph 4


Except as provided in paragraph 5, the premiums specified in Part 4 of this Schedule shall, for the purposes of regulations 22(1)(d) and 23(1)(e), be applicable to a claimant who satisfies the condition specified in paragraphs 8 to 17 in respect of that premium.
