# The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Paragraph 57

Any payment made ... under section 12B of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 as a direct payment as defined in section 4(2) of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, or under sections 12A to 12D of the National Health Service Act 2006 (direct payments for health care) or under sections 31 to 33 of the Care Act 2014 (direct payments) or under regulations made under section 57 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001 (direct payments) or in accordance with regulations made under section 50 or 52 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (direct payments).
